Our Mission

New menu items monthly containing high-vibes, quality ingredients, and creative flavors. Each meal is hand prepared and generously portioned. Choose your favorites or try something new. Meals are well balanced with proteins, healthy fat, fiber, and carbohydrates to nourish your body and provide sustainable energy for your day.


INGREDIENTS

Local partners are used whenever possible. We use healthy fats like avocado, olive oil, ghee, coconut butter and MCT oils to cook with. All meals are vegetarian based.

Proteins used: are tempeh, quinoa, lentils, peas, nuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and tofu.
