Responsibilities include:
Creating digital graphics, curating content and scerning which platform we use is best for the content.
Creating and managing social media profiles and presence.
Podcast management, upload, edit, and transcribe
Maintaining brand consistency across platforms;
Monitoring analytics of campaign execution and opportunities
Assist on webinars, product launches, and enrollment periods for brand optimization and reach
Having impeccable communication, offering a service with a smile towards clients, and having your own brand grow as a function of your productivity with Circle
Impeccable grammar, spelling and editing.
Facebook bot experience a plus
Must have experience with Platforms Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Linkedin, Acuity, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Zapier, Eventbrite, Meetup, Canva, Zoom Meeting, Zoom Webinar.
Writing or graphic design background a plus.
Public speaking a plus.

Responsibilites include:
Manage a contact list
Acquire new members
Manage texts to members
Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
Organize managers’ calendars
Perform market research
Update websites and landing pages to stay current
Provide customer service as first point of contact
Liason to vendors and digital brand partners
